Fall Sunday School
Table Leader 7 & 8 Grades
Ready to be a crazy kid puppet on Sunday mornings from 9:20 - 10:30? Gordy, Bubba & Albie are the stars of the large group shows, leading kids to know how crazy God is about us and what his Word holds for us. Alternating weeks are available. Script, puppet, props all supplied; comfortable interaction with large group leader is key. Puppeting experience is not necessary.
Short and sweet, the song leader gets the 4/5/K and the 1st - 4th graders started in their large group time with two or three songs. DVD & sound system are manned & provided. Your energy and enthusiasm are key.
Early Bird Supervisor
This is a really short and sweet but VERY important role! Our ministry partners (volunteers) are in place at the right time, but their children need to be cared for from 9:00 - 9:15 am. Can you serve in this role? Elementary kids will come to the Kindergarten room for dry cereal and VeggieTale video fun until they come upstairs. Preschoolers will play with playdough and crayons in the back of the North Ministry Center until they can join their shepherds at 9:15 am. You would be asked to do some simple clean up, then off to church or Bible study you can go. Promptness is crucial for this one.
Prepare the tubs for our shepherds by stocking them with needed supplies & lessons. This can be done on your own time: Wed, Thurs or Friday – takes about an hour a week. This is a good behind the scenes opportunity.
Do you like to garage sale? Do you enjoy the challenge of creating golden rats or a giant spotted tie for props? If so, do we have the job for you! Our Sunday mornings are filled with active large-group presentations, and the list of props needed for the year are varied and fun. If you’re interested in collecting odd objects needed over the course of the year, or constructing props or sets from existing gathered materials, contact Rachel Saunders

Like to Be Dramatic?
Do you like to bedramatic, but can't make a big time commitment? We have some bit roles for you! Each Sunday morning in KingdomQuest, we gather groups of kids together for large group presentations and Bible events on stage in the North Ministry Center. Every now and then these presentations call for bit part actors - a woman who can portray Mary, a man who can be Matthew the tax collector, etc. This is not ongoing; it's usually a one-shot experience. If that's something you would enjoy, we'd be glad to give you a script, a costume and a microphone when you're willing and able! To be put on our Bit-Part Drama Team list, contact Rebecca Fisher. Each quarter we'll email you the roles needed on the various Sundays; you can just let us know which part you'd like to play on the weeks you are available.
