Cross Training Adult Guides Adult guides are an integral part of CrossTraining - our confirmation program. These volunteers lead small group discussion of the lesson each week, connect closely with their 5-6 young people, and lead them in their fellowship and service weeks. Whether it's taking the group to a SaltDogs game one week, washing cars for our neighbors, or discussing the weekly highs and lows, our adult guides are an integral part of our CrossTraining program.
