NICU Ministry

Our NICU Ministry is an outreach ministry conceived to serve families with babies at the neonatal intensive care unit.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Worship Anew

"Worship for Shut-Ins" is now named "Worship Anew."  This program from Lutheran Ministries Media broadcasts a 30-minute weekly worship service via TV, internet, or DVD subscription.

Spiritual Resources

The church office has many resources that members can use in their own visitation of friends and family. We have resources for those facing illness, for families who have lost loved ones in death, and general booklets of encouragement from God’s Word. Contact Bob Ewell for these resources.

Hospital Visitation

Be sure to contact the church office if you are in the hospital; that way we can be of spiritual assistance to you.

Delivering Flowers

Every Tuesday the flowers from the previous Sunday and Monday services are put together in smaller vases, and delivered to our members either in the hospital or at their homes or places of residence. For more information on this ministry, contact Janet Manthei at (402) 483-7848.

Monthly Visitation/Holy Communion

Once a month, some of our elders and Communion assistants take the Sacrament to those members who cannot attend worship here at church. For more information on this ministry, contact Bob Ewell in the Church Office.

Funeral Luncheon Ministry

After most funerals here at church, there is a light meal served for the family and friends. Some of the food is purchased, but most of it is donated by members of our church. If you would like to help serve or donate, please contact the church office. This is part of our Christian caregiving ministry. Learn more.
