AMEN St. Louis:
An experience for seasoned mission trip students and their parent, willing and ready to explore what it means to be the "hands and feet of Jesus" at a deeper level than the initial mission trip.  Evening discussion with community leaders stretch participants' thinking, mining God's word for His thoughts/actions about the poor and needy, and exploring systemic poverty, economic injustice, racism, segregation, and the immigration challenges in the United States and those directly affected by it.  Several meetings during the summer for participants will help frame the experience with the help of readings, movies, and local speakers.

Trips to St. Louis sights, such as the City Museum, St Louis Zoo, The Arch, The Muny, Concordia Seminary, and an optional Cardinals/Cubs game, will be interspersed with community service projects.  For more information, click here.

This is a pilot mission trip; limited to 11 student/parents pairs.  Total cost will also be determined based on transportation choices, but the estimate of $300 is generous.
